Our Philosophy
As coaches, it is our responsibility to produce more players of a higher standard and this can be done with the right amount of purposeful practice. It is time to forget about players being naturally gifted, we believe talent is a myth and anyone can achieve excellence with the right training and mind-set.
Our aim is to bring academy standards to grassroots football, as we believe there is too much of a gap between these players, therefore bridging this gap will inevitably produce more players of an academy standard.
